. Our offer is exclusively directed at consumers as defined in Article 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

The products in our webshop constitute a binding offer to enter into a purchase agreement.
You can add items to your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time using the designated functions.
The agreement is concluded as soon as you click the "Buy now" button .
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation with the order details by email.
3. Contract language & storage of the agreement
The contract language is Dutch.
The text of the agreement is stored by us. After completing your order, you will receive an overview of the order details by email, including these general terms and conditions.
For security reasons, the text of the agreement is no longer available online at that time.
4. Terms of Delivery
In addition to the listed product prices, shipping costs may apply. These are clearly displayed during the ordering process.
Delivery is exclusively via shipping. On-site pickup is not possible.
5. Payment methods
You can choose from the following payment options:

6. Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property of HlfShop-Nl.com until full payment has been received.
7. Transport damage
Check the delivered products immediately upon receipt.
Report any visible damage to the packaging or contents immediately to the delivery driver and inform us as soon as possible.
Your statutory rights remain fully in effect.
8. Warranty & liability for defects
The statutory warranty against defects applies to all our products.
If a product has an additional manufacturer's warranty, this is stated in the relevant product description.
9. Liability
We are liable without limitation in the event of:

Damage to life, body or health
In the event of slight negligence, we are only liable for foreseeable damage characteristic of the agreement.
Liability is excluded for other cases of damage.
